    encodeFeedbackFlags must be a valid combination of VkVideoEncodeFeedbackFlagBitsKHR values

  • VUID-VkQueryPoolVideoEncodeFeedbackCreateInfoKHR-encodeFeedbackFlags-requiredbitmask
    encodeFeedbackFlags must not be 0
