To begin conditional rendering, call:

    const VkConditionalRenderingBeginInfoEXT*   pConditionalRenderingBegin);

Parameters

commandBuffer is the command buffer into which this command will be recorded.
pConditionalRenderingBegin is a pointer to a VkConditionalRenderingBeginInfoEXT structure specifying parameters of conditional rendering.

Conditional rendering must not already be active
