C Specification
XrVulkanDeviceCreateFlagsKHR specify details of device creation.
The XrVulkanDeviceCreateInfoKHR::createFlags member is of the
following type, and contains a bitwise-OR of zero or more of the bits
defined in XrVulkanDeviceCreateFlagBitsKHR.
