C Specification
The XrHandTrackingUnextrapolatedPosesMETA is a structure that an
application can chain to XrHandJointLocationsEXT::next when
calling xrLocateHandJointsEXT to receive information about the
unextrapolated hand tracking poses.
// Provided by XR_META_hand_tracking_unextrapolated_poses
typedef struct XrHandTrackingUnextrapolatedPosesMETA {
XrStructureType type;
void* next;
XrTime captureTime;
} XrHandTrackingUnextrapolatedPosesMETA;

Description
The runtime must populate this structure when the XrHandTrackingUnextrapolatedPosesRequestMETA structure is chained to the XrHandJointsLocateInfoEXT input structure. The runtime must not modify this structure if the XrHandTrackingUnextrapolatedPosesRequestMETA structure is not chained to the XrHandJointsLocateInfoEXT input structure.
The captureTime field indicates when the source data used to generate
the hand poses were captured by the tracking system.
This timestamp can be used by applications to understand the age of the
tracking data and implement appropriate extrapolation or prediction
algorithms.
If there are no valid poses the captureTime must be zero.
